The Princess

It was a beautiful day in the kingdom and Sarah was throwing on her favorite dress. Sarah looked into her mirror in her bedroom and smiled. Pink was one of Sarah favorite colors and this dress was bedazzled in gem stones. She quickly brushed her hair and put a purple hair band on. Sarah was 7 years old, had bright blue eyes, long light brown hair and loved to sing. She was a very independent child and since before the age of two was dressing herself. Sarah could feel her stomach growl and knew how hungry she was for breakfast. Sarah made her way down the long hall to the palace stairway. Sarah laughed as she sat on the banister and took the fast way down. Tumbling off and onto the floor she brushed herself off and ran into the dining room. Sarah’s parents the king and queen of Leafland were busy in conversation when Sarah bounced into the room. Sarah sat down and started speaking with out politely asking to interrupt their conversation. Sarah’s Mother said to her “please wait a moment”, Sarah’s again tried to talk….Sarah said her Father this time…”please just hold your thought for a moment”…Mom, Dad…said Sarah…Please just let me tell you this one thing.
